1. Prohibition of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)
StopAndGoMX and all apps published by Fábrica de Apps SAS de CV strictly prohibit any content, behavior, or activity that constitutes or facilitates Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), including but not limited to:
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) in any format.
- Grooming, solicitation, or any sexual communication directed at minors.
- Sharing, storing, or distributing any imagery or content that sexualizes individuals under 18 years of age.
- Using the platform to recruit, exploit, or harm children in any way.
Any user found engaging in such behavior will be immediately suspended, their content removed, and the relevant authorities notified.
2. Scope
These standards apply to all users of StopAndGoMX applications, including coaches, administrators, parents, guardians, and players. They govern all interactions within the platform: messages, uploaded media, profile information, and any user-generated content.
3. Child Safety Point of Contact
We have designated a specific point of contact for child safety matters. Any report related to CSAE, CSAM, or the safety of minors must be directed to:

4. In-App Reporting Mechanism
StopAndGoMX provides users with an in-app mechanism to report abusive, inappropriate, or harmful content and behavior. Users can:
- Report a user or content directly from any profile or content screen via the "Report" option.
- Contact the support team directly through the in-app help section.
- Submit a report by email at seguridad@stopandgomx.app.
5. Handling of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
Fábrica de Apps SAS de CV has processes in place to detect, remove, and report CSAM:
- Any identified or reported CSAM is immediately removed from our platform.
- Incidents are reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via their CyberTipline, as required by applicable law.
- User accounts associated with CSAM are permanently suspended and reported to law enforcement.
- We cooperate fully with Mexican and international law enforcement authorities in investigations involving child safety.
6. Compliance with Applicable Laws
Fábrica de Apps SAS de CV complies with all applicable child safety laws and regulations, including but not limited to:
- Mexican Federal Law on the Rights of Children and Adolescents (Ley General de los Derechos de Niñas, Niños y Adolescentes).
- Mexican Federal Penal Code provisions on crimes against minors.
- Google Play Developer Program Policies, including the Child Safety Standards policy.
- International standards on child online protection.
7. User Responsibilities
All users of StopAndGoMX applications agree, as a condition of use, to:
- Never upload, share, or distribute any content that sexualizes or harms minors.
- Report any suspected CSAE or CSAM immediately using the in-app reporting tools or by emailing seguridad@stopandgomx.app.
- Not use the platform to contact minors for purposes outside of legitimate sports management.
8. Updates to These Standards
Fábrica de Apps SAS de CV reserves the right to update these Child Safety Standards at any time to reflect changes in law, policy, or best practices. Continued use of StopAndGoMX applications after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised standards.
